Training has been at a minimum and there has been no diet for at least 2 months. Going into a prep diet would be a silly thing for me to do! So just wanted to let you all know _ Another reason is that prep messes with your head! I have a lot of ideas and business plans that I want get done in the later half of this year. This doesn't mean by any means I won't be getting back to serious shape! That's easy for me I'm just not going to take it to that extra level and compete! Then stop doing this... _ I see all these women squatting and coming to the top of the movement then contracting their glutes (As seen in the first clip).. not only is this pretty pointless due to the fact you are getting less muscle activation but can set you up for a bad injury! _ When doing this you are you actually relieving tension within the glutes NOT making them work more.. Also you are putting your hips in an uncompromising position that could relate to a bad injury. _ The correct way to preform a squat and get the most glute activation ( Shown in the second clip ) is to keep CONSTANT tension by not locking out at the top! This is what makes muscles grow.. time under tension. Also hips are in a safe and controlled position! _ So lady's take this on board and thank me when your bum gets bigger....
